Andrews + Boyd was established in 1979 and evolved from the Manchester branch office established in 1972 of London based chartered quantity surveyors Kinsler & Partners. Andrews + Boyd has considerable experience in the construction industry ranging from prestige city centre office schemes to large industrial units and from pharmaceutical projects to retail parks.

Because of the company structure we are able to ensure that all of our projects are controlled "hands on" by a director all of whom have at least 25 years professional experience.

We undertake projects ranging from very modest budgets to multi-million pound schemes; no matter what the size of the project we are committed to helping clients to add value to their projects. We work closely with the clients own in-house staff or consultant design team providing contractual and commercial advice at every stage. We bring a commercial approach to all projects with which we are involved, challenging ideas, strategies and design where we believe there is potential benefit to the client.
